In accordance with UK consumer law, I accept returns on all standard, non-customised items. You must contact me via Etsy Messages to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Once your return is approved, you must dispatch the item back to me within 14 days of your notification. I recommend using a tracked return postal service for your protection.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom-made or personalised items are strictly non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This is fully compliant with UK distance selling exemptions for bespoke goods."
