I ordered this bag for my fiancé’s graduation gift, and I’m so glad I chose this company! The customer service was phenomenal as the owner reached out to me to ask if I had any questions, and also again to see if the package had arrived safely. Shipping was exactly on time, and it arrived at the earliest suggested shipping date. It was heavily packed in protective film and bubble wrap, and when I opened it to check to make sure everything looked alright with the personalization, I noticed that the leather was in pristine condition. Leather on products like this normally get scratched easily and are somewhat visibly worn, but I did not notice a single blemish on the bag. I am very impressed by the service and craftsmanship of this company! Worth the price!
