A: I'm known for turning orders around quickly but once I drop it at the Post Office, it's out of my control. When checking out you'll also see there is an option to pay more for faster U.S.P.S. Priority Mail shipping.

Q: Does marking my order as a gift mean it will be gift wrapped?

A: No but it does mean I'll include a FREE gift tag in your order! Feel free to let me know what info you want in the "To" and "From" areas and I'll fill them in with my extra-super-duper-swirly-whirly handwriting!

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

A: Yes! Just choose that option at checkout for $3. Please LMK if you have any special requests or themes your gift recipient likes and I'll see what I can do. I LOVE wrapping presents!

Q: What if I want to order a LARGE quantity?

Q: How do I take care of my Fandana bandana?

A: GTG Fandanas are 100% cotton so you can just throw them in the washer and dryer. If they get wrinkly use an iron on the high-heat/cotton setting. Every time you wash your bandana it will get softer and softer.

Q: How do I get my instant digital printable?

A: You can't download a digital purchase through the Etsy app. To download a digital file, you're gonna want to sign in to Etsy on your mobile browser or computer. If you still have any trouble please let me know!

Q: What if my packages is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?

A: Going To Guides is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen—all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department. If a your order is returned due to you providing an incorrect address, you are responsible for paying for re-shipment.

Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

A: If an item breaks in shipment you can submit a claim to U.S.P.S. When submitting an insurance claim you MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required.

Buttons are made from the art on my Golden Anniversary Fandana bandana which was made to celebrate Walt Disney World's 50th Anniversary (or "Golden" Anniversary) of the resort's Opening Day in 1971. Each girl is inspired by the 1970s Avon Small World Doll shampoo and perfume bottles and sits in a different style teacup. I love this mash up of the 1970s + Small World + Mad Tea Party and I hope you do. All buttons Made in the USA.
