I don’t have Adobe Photoshop. Can I still use the mockups?

Yes. You can use the PSD files on free platforms such as Photopea and the JPG files in any program editors that are compatible with the file formats such as Canva. We do recommend Adobe Photoshop to get the benefits of using smart objects. Check out our online video tutorials where we’ll talk you through the process.

I purchased a mockup file by mistake, can I get a refund?

Sure! If you have NOT downloaded the files, please reach out and you will receive a full refund. Due to the nature of our products, if the files have already been downloaded into your computer, we cannot issue any refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

I don't know how to use smart objects, how to duplicate a smart object or how to use a video mockup. Can you help?
