No, all of the prints shown in our shop are unframed, unless stated otherwise. Any images showing frames or decorative accessories are purely for illustrative purposes only, to show how your new artwork will look in different frame colours, sizes & styles.

Framing is a specialised skill and is best left to the professionals. However, we size all prints to suit ready-made frames, so you have lots of options when it comes to framing your new artwork!

Quality fine art prints are very delicate (one could say extremely!) so we take particular care to package your prints securely.

Small prints up to 12" x16" are shipped in a study flat mailer, with extra backing board to prevent the prints from being bent in transit.

Larger sizes above 12" x 16" are packed in a cardboard mailing tube with additional bubble wrap for protection. These are really tough and we very rarely have issues with prints shipped this way.

No, sorry but we don't offer digital downloads. This is for a couple of reasons; once the artwork is sent digitally, it's impossible to protect our intellectual property. Secondly, these artworks are best printed professionally, using only the best papers and inks. We use archival-quality materials so your new prints looks as close to the original paintings as possible. Using this method also ensures your prints will look great for many years to come!

We accept returns or exchanges if prints are returned in pristine condition within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be sent by Express or Registered Post to ensure the safe return of prints, and you must advise tracking as soon as the prints are returned. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of returned prints, so you'll need to return using a shipping method that provides tracking. The cost to return is your responsibility, and any refunds will be less the original shipping price. Also, you must contact us prior to returning any prints so that we are aware of their return - any prints returned without contacting us first is called a forced return and is against Etsy's policies.

Under Etsy's policies, I can only ship to the address shown on the order. If you notice that the shipping address isn't right, please reach out and I'll help you to cancel your order and place another one, once the address is updated. Also, I can't change the address once it has dispatched from our studio. If you notice an issue please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to sort it our for you.

Please understand that we're not responsible for undelivered packages if the shipping address is outdated or incorrect. We can only go by the address that's on the order so it's really important to check that all the details are correct before you check out, and as soon as your order goes through.

Every country has different rules about duties & taxes, so we recommend checking with your local authorities before you place your order. It's the responsibility of the customer to pay any duties, value added tax or other similar charges. But most of these fees are handled directly by Etsy and you'll see any taxes or duties charged shown clearly on your order. If any additional fees are charged by your local customs agency, and you don't pay these additional amounts or accept delivery, your order will be returned to us. If that happens, we'll need to charge to re-ship your order.

We want to make sure you love your new artwork, so we fully cover any damage that occurs during shipping. But once you receive your artwork, please handle it with care! We don't refund, exchange or replace prints if they're damaged or mishandled. We inspect every print carefully before we ship and only pristine artwork is packaged for you to enjoy.

Also, it's really important for you to read the product descriptions thoroughly & carefully before you buy. We try to cover all the important information in the product descriptions but if you're unsure of anything we're only too happy to explain the finer details before you place your order.

Please make sure the address on your order is current and correct. We realise that sometimes, customers forget to update their details on Etsy after a move, or an address can be incomplete, but once we receive an order we can only ship to the address shown. If prints can't be delivered where the address is incorrect or incomplete, they will be returned to us but they can often take months to arrive back. If an order is returned to us due to an error with the shipping address, we'll have to charge a re-shipping fee unfortunately.
