THE PROCESS:

The initial sketch will be completed within 5 days of placing the order. I will send you the sketch once it is completed and then we can discuss what you would like changed. I will allow a maximum of 1 major change; small changes do not have a limit(This is during the sketch stage). Once I have started the line art stage, I cannot add any other elements, only small changes. Extra elements added will cost extra.

Once the sketch is approved, the piece cannot be refunded.
If the sketch is already complete I will only charge a small fee for the refund!

Once you approve of the design, we will get started on the line art, then the coloring, then the separating and rendering, during each of those stages you will receive an update! Once the art is complete I will send it to you through drive as a png/jpg. The art should be completed within 3 months, it may take more depending on the complexity of the piece.

For the rigging, I will require 2-4 months to rig the piece, or more, depending on the complexity. I will send you video updates during this process.

I do also provide art-only options and you can take the art and get them rigged by someone else!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

· All commissions are for personal use and streaming! You cannot redistribute or use it for profit unless we both agreed.
· I do not give out my cmo3 file directly, you will receive all of the files you need for the model to work, however I will keep the save information file as I do not want it altered without my knowledge just in case we work on it again in the future.
· If the order has not been started and it is within 1 month of the purchase date, your order will be refunded (with a 20 cent fee for etsy), however if your order exceeds a month with no contact, it cannot be refunded.
· My art cannot under any circumstances be placed into any generative AI apps, used as inspiration or fed into an AI prompt. Neither the sketch, line art or finished product.
