The final picture I deliver is a JPEG and PDF Files (High Quality/High Resolution Format) ready to print. No physical delivery is offered.

Would I see the picture before I purchase? What if I don't like the portrait?

No, you should place the order first. You receive a digital copy of the portrait with unlimited revisions of changes. If you still feel that you are not satisfied you will get full refund. But we'll do everything possible to made the best for you.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

You can purchase with a credit card through PayPal without creating a PayPal account.

How long does it takes?

Usually drawing takes 3-5 days. But it can take longer if there's a great number of members on the portrait. If you need it to be done faster, let me know. I’ll do my best.

Can I request changes in process?

You can request any corrections in process! Our goal is to make you 100% satisfied!

What size is the best for print?

The standard size is 16”x20” (40x50 cm). You can also ask for a custom size for printing. Please let me know in advance which size is needed and I’ll adjust the file.

Where I can print the portrait?

You can print your portrait in any printing center in you city or at your home printer. Do not limit your imagination! You can print it on the canvas, t-shirts, paper, cups, pillow, wedding invitation, greeting cards, christmas cards, as a birthday gift and many more.

This was amazing. The artist does not send it until it is just how you wanted. It is very customizable. It sadly seemed to get lost during shipping, but the second attempt made it to me. I will say that if you order this and need it specifically customized by a certain date, to order this waaay earlier than when it is needed. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I had to ask only one thing to be changed/adjusted at a time. When I asked it all in one message, only one thing would be changed. That was tedious and a bit frustrating. I felt like I was being annoying since I was constantly asking for edits, but that's how it got done. The finished product was amazing though. I definitely recommend the product and the artist.

They did a fantastic job of making my custom piece even though it wasn’t a superhero. They made a custom how to train your dragon art for my boyfriend and I and even altered it to my preference after they finished! Would recommend for custom art!
