Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

Yes, but please note that once production has started, our cancellation fee is 30% of the purchase or a minimum of $350 [ the higher amount of the two]. Each piece is made by hand, and material and labor costs begin immediately after your order is confirmed.

Shipping and arrival times

Most solid gold orders are made within 5-7 days and then shipped. Our diamond and gemstone orders take 1-2 weeks processing time. My orders are shipped in two options to choose from: --> Worldwide Standard - usually takes 10-15 days to arrive. --> Worldwide Fedex Express - usually takes 2-3 days to arrive (US), or 3-7 days worldwide. During the holiday season, there may be delays in Standard Shipping. For the best chances of receiving the order in time for the holiday, I recommend upgrading the shipping method to Express shipping. For gold plated orders, I ship with Israel Post which takes 1-3 weeks. If you want to receive your package sooner, you can upgrade to Fedex Standard or Express at additional cost.

If you would like to make a return, just contact me within 14 days of receiving your package. You must ship your package back to me at your expense. The return fee is 30% of the purchase or a minimum of $350 [ the higher amount of the two for gold].It's including -shipping costs, processing fee, import customs fee. All jewelry must be returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging. Zadok Gold has the right to deny a return if the jewelry returned does not meet our return policy requirements. You are responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged I carefully inspect all of my pieces before they leave the studio. If ever an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to me immediately - within 24 hours.

I will not offer a refund if a package is returned for the following reasons: 1) The address provided by you was not correct. 2) The package is unclaimed once attempted to be delivered. I will offer the possibility to have the package re-shipped once the jewelry has been sent back to me. In that case, I will send you a message to confirm the shipping address, and you will need to pay a re-shipping and handling costs before sending the package again.

To protect over time:- • Avoid wearing jewelry while sleeping, working, or exercising. • Avoid contact with cleaning materials, perfumes, hair sprays, and other beauty products. • Store carefully and individually in a dry place to avoid scratches or corrosive damage. Just so you know – Damage can be caused by contact with: Rough abrasive surfaces, body sweat, corrosive materials such as hairspray, chemicals, grease, and high temperatures.

Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders are always welcome! I do personalized orders. Please message me on etsy with your request before purchasing to determine the availability and additional cost. Custom orders require a different level of care and work and are unique to you - for this reason I cannot accept refunds, cancellations or exchanges on custom orders.

What happens if my package is lost in transit?

If shipped with Worlwide Standard Shipping you order is insured for $1000. If shipped with FedEx Express you order is insured in full no matter the order cost. The postal loss insurance on Etsy covers orders up to $250, so if your order is under $250 and lost, you will receive a full refund (including shipping and taxes). Please note that In the event that a buyer abuses the Etsy Purchase Protection Program, Etsy may withdraw Etsy Purchase Protection from them.

Import Taxes and Customs

Please inform yourself on your country's import taxes when ordering from overseas. I am not responsible for import taxes, customs or any other unexpected fees upon arrival of your item.

Do I need to fill out any customs or import forms for ZadokGold before shipping?

No. You don’t need to prepare or send any forms upfront. If anything is required, FedEx will contact you directly right after your order is shipped. Simply reply to their message as soon as possible to ensure your delivery isn’t delayed. I will only remind you about with the paperwork after shipping your order. Please note that if the order will be returned by FedEx you will be refunded at 70% of the total price of your order only and shipping expenses will be on you (around 250 usd).
