Information About Your Right to Cancel

If you are an eligible consumer purchasing goods covered by the statutory right to cancel, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you, or a person nominated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify All Mapped Out by a clear statement (for example by email or letter) before the cancellation period expires. You may use this form, but you are not required to do so.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the standard delivery option (where applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or after you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the 14-day period expires.

Unless the goods were faulty, not as described, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Important Exceptions

The statutory right to cancel does not apply to certain contracts, including (where permitted by applicable law):

* Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
* Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
* Other exemptions provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.

These statutory rights are in addition to any rights you have if goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
