Please check items when they arrive and do not use if damaged. Keep regular checks on them.

Only accepted if item has not been used. E.g not put in pets cage or worn. If it’s a custom item I am unable to accept a return.
Refund can only be made once item has been received back to me. It must arrive back in good condition to get full refund.

I try do orders as fast as I can but due to current order levels the time is estimated at minimum 28 days. Unfortunately due to order levels I can not rush any order at the moment.

I send UK orders via second class post. Some of my items can be upgraded for delivery to first class or courier

Please note all measurements are in cm please check that your are ordering the right size for your pet before placing the order.

Please note I have no control over how long your item takes to arrive once posted.

For UK orders I can not look into it until 10 working days after Royal Mail estimates it’s arrival. Please allow for strike days as well.

Paying for postage upgrade does not reduce processing/make times.
