When you order these mugs you are prompted to put in a name to be personalized which I did and it even shows up on the invoice. It came not personalized. I reached out to the seller multiple times last week with no response until today saying they were not supposed to be personalized. She said she has you do this so you understand that the mug is not returnable or refundable. It’s very deceiving because you think your item is coming personalized. I’ve ordered from Etsy for years and never had this happen. I wouldn’t recommend it his seller. Customer service is terrible.

Hi Michele, I am so sorry that you are upset about misreading the listing. You emailed about 20 times over the weekend and I do not check messages on Saturdays or Sundays as I am spending quality time with my little ones. Even though this was not my error, I fully refunded both mugs. My listings are very clear and I have not had others respond with this type of confusion. Again, I am so terribly sorry this was not what you wanted, but you have been refunded. Thank you.
