Cancellations and Exchanges

Please message me right away if you would like to cancel an order. I allow 6 hours for cancellation requests however, if it's been more than 6 hours and you would still like to cancel, please message me and I'll see what I can do. I do allow exchanges, but due to the custom nature of the products, it is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the the cost of shipping.

What if there is a printing error or defect with my item?

If there is a defect with your item, please contact us before leaving a review as we would be happy to resolve this for you! Please note that any printing errors or defects must be reported within 90 days of receiving the item.

It's a super cute design but the bag isn't quite what the picture shows. It's a smaller size bag than the picture shows. Megan was super kind and responsive and she did give me a refund for it. Would def recommend the shop and the bag if you like the design and are okay with one that's a bit smaller and more like a square. Def coming back for some tees after the holidays.
