I am so glad you are here as you must be planning a fantastic event or getting ready for the next holiday on the calendar! Please make sure you take into consideration production times for items as well as shipping times in relation to holiday or your event date! I offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders $10 and over- Priority requires upcharge & must be purchased at checkout. If you do not purchase your item will be sent via first class standard mail. I most certainly will! If you order more than one item from me generally the shipping will automatically calculate by weight and size for each item- sometimes I can fit everything you ordered in a container that may actually result in a lower shipping charge. Know that I will do my best to keep shipping charges at the lowest rate possible for you by combining items. Remember that all orders $12 and more are shipping free (Standard Shipping only- Priority shipping will cost more and is available to upgrade at checkout and must be purchased in order to obtain)

I do not offer refunds on merchandise. However, if a product is not to your satisfaction please private message me so that we can have a conversation and work things out! Messages need to be sent within 7 days regarding concerns about any product. As mentioned below under packaging- please take great care in not tearing open your packaging with scissors/knives as you may tear your item. Most of my items are fabric or paper in nature and I would hate for that to happen, as you would too! I am not responsible for damaged goods after they are delivered.
If we happen to decide that merchandise needs to be returned, shipping for the return will be your responsibility.
Free shipping only applies once-not on returns

It is very important to provide me with your correct address to avoid any issues. If your shipping address was entered incorrectly send me a message ASAP. Sometimes items get lost by the carrier during transit. It happens and it stinks. If you are sent a notice that your item was shipped by me, you will receive a tracking number- we both can track your item. If tracking number records "delivered" that is what we expect happened. If you did not receive your package call your local PO to find out where it may be. I will assist where I can but I am not responsible for carriers getting goods to correct mailbox and 99.9% of the time there is no problem! Thank Heavens and most problems end up reconciled positively! Whew!

I try to use recycled boxes and packing material where possible. Flag Banners are packaged in waterproof shipping envelopes. They are securely taped and please be careful to not puncture, rip or tear flag banner when opening. I would hate for this to happen! I am not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items after shipping.

Please contact me via Etsy for any custom requests. After I have confirmed and decided that I can accommodate your request a Custom order listing will be created for you to purchase from. Please consider your event date and the time frame needed to create and ship when ordering your item. This communication time frame will also affect the amount of time needed to send you the final product. Most often,payment must be made for the customized item to be created, unless otherwise noted in our communications. Within the Etsy messaging I will outline the details of the item requested including price and will send photos under a custom listing link for your approval prior to finalization of order.

If you received a coupon code from me please know that coupon code will not work on any custom items you contact me about and any items in my shop section: SALES/SPECIAL PROMOTIONS which are already marked 20% off! I also offer free domestic USPS first class shipping on all orders over $12. However feel free to use your coupon code on any regular priced items in my shop. Etsy does not allow "stacking" of coupon codes only the addition of a coupon code to a "free-shipping" sale- that is why coupon codes will not work in the SALES/SPECIAL PROMOTIONS section of my shop!
