- Finished Merrowed Edge - Or Die Cut for detailed edges that cannot be merrowed - Both options will not fray - Velcro backed patches just for simple shape patch and they have to be merrowed to apply the Velcro backing. Both the hook and loop sides are included with your patches.
- Polyester threads never fade, great for swimwear, cloth diapers, etc.
- Pantone color matching using Pantone Solid Coated guide (we cannot guarantee and exact match but will get as close as possible)

READY TO ORDER?
Once you have placed your order, please send an Etsy convo or email to: lingyi702 [!at] gmail.com with your completed artwork in PNG, JPEG, or PDF format along with the patch measurement and Pantone Solid Coated color numbers (if you know them, otherwise we will try to match closely)
We will get a proof of the setup back to you in 24 hours during business days. Once you have approved the setup, we will start production, if you want see sample first, we'll make a sample label and scan it to you for your approval before completing your order, but the sample without finised edge, jsut show you the final effect for the logo and color.

PROCESSING,SHIPPING & RETURNS:
Processing time is about 8 - 12 business days ONCE YOUR FINAL SAMPLE IS APPROVED (sometimes longer depending on demand). shipping time always 3-10 working days, depend on the shipping way. Due to the personalized nature of our items - ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, refunds or reprints.

IMPORTANT!!!! If you decide to cancel your order after a proof has been provided we will refund your order minus 50% to cover the cost of all the setup work that has been done for your order. Thank you.
