Items Damaged During Shipping

If your item arrived broken or damaged due to shipping, please send us a message with a photo of the item and the shipping box it came in within 48 hours of delivery. Once received, we will ship out a replacement.

When will my item ship?

Current processing times are located in each listing. Processing times are counted in business days and do not include weekends. Shipping time is not included in the processing time; shipping time starts when your item ships. Please note: Delivery date is not guaranteed, only production time is guaranteed. If you have a short need by window, please contact us prior to ordering. Requests made on the order without prior approval will not impact current processing time or shipping time.

Do you guarantee delivery dates?

We cannot guarantee any specific delivery date. We can guarantee that we will have your order shipped by a certain date, but once USPS has possession of your order we have zero control on when they decide to deliver it. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to incorrect addresses, weather, holiday delays, high shipping volume within the postal system, etc. Orders will not be refunded due to shipping delays. Tumblers are designed using premium vinyl. Please hand wash.

For "Mother of the Groom" please select lettering color and "Mother/Groom" or it may be abbreviated "M/Groom" or "MOG". NOTE: Lettering color is abbreviated for the glitter colors.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, supplied by the customer at checkout, the customer will be contacted via Etsy messages to pay for reshipment. USPS does not refund labels due to an incorrect address once the package is in their possession. Please be sure your shipping address is correct on Etsy before submitting your order.
