CAN YOU CREATE A CUSTOM DESIGN FOR MY EVENT?

Yes! I love creating new designs. Just send a convo telling me what you're looking for. New designs start at $25.00. The cost for adding a poster or other item to an existing design would depend on the work involved. Please send a convo and we can discuss your needs.

WILL YOU CHANGE AN EXISTING DESIGN FOR ME?

Yes, within certain limitations. You can purchase revisions to make changes to an existing design you have purchased with regard to font, size and background color. See "Revisions" section. Please note that many graphics cannot be changed. Please ask and I would be happy to check for you.

CAN I SEE A PROOF BEFORE I ORDER?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital designs, I am unable to provide proofs prior to ordering.

CAN I PURCHASE A BLANK TEMPLATE TO FILL IN MYSELF?

Sorry, no. I don't sell blank templates. You provide the information and I will prepare the file for you to print at home or at a print shop.

📌WHAT KIND OF DIGITAL FILE DO I NEED TO ORDER?

A PDF file is a great option for printing at home or at an office supply shop (Staples, Office Depot). PDF files print more than one invitation on a piece of card stock. JPEG files without a bleed are great for social media. I will send your final file web-ready (72 dpi). If you are printing at a photo lab (Walgreen's, Costco, etc.), you need a JPEG file with a standard size bleed. PLEASE NOTE: If you plan to use VistaPrint, I will need to know this information since they require different sizing from all other print companies. Please check with your printing company if you are unsure of the size and file format you need. THANK YOU!

CAN I CUSTOMIZE A DO-IT-YOURSELF (DIY) INSTANT DOWNLOAD DESIGN?

No, sorry. DIY instant download designs aren't customizable. A simple change may be possible for a minimum $5 charge depending on the design you're interested in. Please convo to ask.

WHY DOES THE COLOR I SEE ON MY MONITOR LOOK DIFFERENT THAN THE COLOR IN THE PRINTOUT?

I hear this question a lot! Monitors display color in RGB (red, green, blue) and printers produce color using CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black). There will always be some variation in the color you see on the screen and color produced by the printer. Another thing to keep in mind is that all printers are different, too. For example, if you print invitations at a print shop and then need just two more and decide to print at home, the colors may not be exactly the same.

CARD STOCK WEIGHT AND FINISH

80 lb. card stock is the industry standard for folded note cards. It is sturdy yet pliable. 100 lb. card stock is typically reserved for flat note cards. It is thicker and more suitable for a single layer card. 110 lb. and heavier is used for invitations and announcements. I do not print invitations. Smooth card stock has a smooth, matte finish. Linen card stock has a subtle crosshatched finish and has a slightly raised texture.

DO YOU OFFER A BULK DISCOUNT?

I am a small business and cannot offer a discount for a large order. Shipping is free on orders over $35.00.

Amazing seller! The card is excellent quality and will be perfect for my Jane Austen loving friend’s birthday. The seller sent me a photo of the shipping information and she very carefully packaged the card so it got to me in perfect condition. She was also so kind as to include two free (and adorable) gift tags as a thank you. I have bookmarked the seller and will surely be returning for more purchases. Wonderful!!
