CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS — RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Many of our items are handmade, made to order, or personalized especially for you. Please carefully review all names, dates, quantities, colors, wording, and other personalization details before placing your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items. If you notice an error in the information you provided, please contact me as soon as possible. Once design work or production has begun, changes may not be possible. If anything comes up with your order, please feel free to reach out. I’ll be happy to help.

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES AFTER PURCHASE

Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Because many of our items are handmade, made to order, or personalized, work may begin shortly after an order is placed. If you need to change a name, wording, color, quantity, or other personalization detail, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once design work or production has begun.

PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME

Processing time is the time needed to create and prepare your order before it ships. Shipping time begins after your package has been given to the carrier. Choosing Priority or Express shipping upgrades the carrier’s shipping service only and does not shorten the processing time for your order. If you need your order sooner, please contact me before purchasing or select the Rush Order option when available. Carrier transit times and Etsy delivery dates are estimates. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

NEED YOUR ORDER BY A CERTAIN DATE?

If you’re ordering for a birthday, party, school event, wedding, or another special date, please contact me before purchasing if you’re unsure whether the timing will work. I’m happy to let you know my current processing time and available shipping options so you can decide what works best for your date. Please keep in mind that carrier transit times and estimated delivery dates are estimates, and an exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, BUT I CAN’T FIND MY PACKAGE

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier if needed. Occasionally packages are left in an unexpected location. If you’re still unable to locate your package, please reach out to me. I understand how frustrating it can be when a package can’t be found, and I’ll be happy to help however I can while the situation is being looked into.

LOST, DELAYED OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

I take great care in packaging every order so it has the best chance of arriving safely. Once a package is in transit, however, delivery and handling are in the shipping carrier’s hands. If your package appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll be happy to help look into the available tracking and shipping information. For crayon orders, if crayons are damaged during transit, I’ll do my best to help make it right as a courtesy. Please contact me promptly and include photos of the damaged crayons and packaging when possible.

A Rush Order moves your order ahead in my processing schedule so it can be prepared sooner. It does not include the product itself and does not automatically upgrade your shipping service. If you would also like faster shipping, please select the appropriate shipping upgrade at checkout. If you’re unsure which options you need for your event date, please contact me before purchasing and I’ll be happy to help.

HANDMADE ITEMS, LARGE & CUSTOM ORDERS

Our products are handmade with care, and slight variations in color, placement, shape, or other small details may occur. These differences are a natural part of handmade products and make each piece unique. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. We’re happy to create favors for birthdays, classrooms, weddings, corporate events, schools, and other celebrations. If you need a large quantity, custom artwork, special colors, or another modification, please contact me before ordering. I’ll be happy to discuss what’s possible, current processing time, and pricing.

STICKER & DECAL SHIPPING

Sticker and decal orders may be eligible for economical letter-mail shipping. When available, this option is intended to keep shipping costs low for small, lightweight orders. Additional package shipping options may also be available at checkout for customers who prefer an upgraded shipping service. Please review the available shipping options and estimated delivery information at checkout before placing your order.
