What are your MacBook cases made of?

We offer two products: MacBook cases made from durable polycarbonate plastic and 3M vinyl stickers. Our MacBook cases are made from a plastic called polycarbonate. Weighing around 300 grams, depending on the size of your MacBook, they are very slim and lightweight but at the same time extremely durable. They are unique in design, providing protection without compromising style. Our MacBook stickers are made of high-quality 3M vinyl material, featuring durable adhesive and precise laser cutting. They are bubble-free and also scratch-resistant. Both the cases and stickers have a matte finish, which offers a non-reflective surface. This helps to reduce glare and fingerprints, contributing to a cleaner and more professional appearance.

How to find out the model of my MacBook?

The model number is located on the back panel of the device. Carefully turn your MacBook over, and you will find small text on the back where the model number is listed. The model code will start with the letter "A" followed by numbers. For example: "A2338." Please feel free to text us if you have any questions or need assistance.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

After placing your order, it will take us 3-7 business days to process your purchase. Once it has been shipped, we’ll send you an email notification with your order status. Shipping times may vary depending on the country, but most orders arrive within 10-25 business days after order processing is complete. Please note that orders may experience delays due to high volumes or national restrictions during the holiday season. Rest assured, we are working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you with tracking and receiving your order.

Do you provide shipment tracking?

Yes, we provide tracking numbers for all shipments, allowing you to track the location of your purchase. Your tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order leaves our store, which can take 3-7 business days. We use Mexican Post, USPS, Deutsche Post, and Poczta Polska carriers to ship the packages. Please note that it may take 1-3 business days for tracking information to appear. Once the package is picked up, it is sent to the logistics center, where it is scanned and starts updating the tracking status. It is not unusual for a shipment to go more than 48 hours without an update while in transit.

I have not received my order even though the estimated delivery time has passed. What do I do?

Please ensure that your shipping address was correct when placing the order. If you haven’t received your package, please contact your local/national post office. Be sure to reach out to your local post office, not the international hotline. The local post office staff will assist you in locating your package. If your item is taking longer than expected to arrive and your local post office couldn’t assist, please contact us, and we will provide a solution right away.

If your tracking information says “Delivered”, but you haven’t received your parcel.

Sometimes, post-delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically mark a package as "Delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package may have been marked as delivered by mistake and could arrive the following day. Please check with your neighbors to see if someone else has received the package. You can also check around the entrances of your residence, particularly on back porches or in areas where the package might be protected from theft or weather.

If your tracking information says “Unsuccessful Delivery”.

In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the item will be held at your local post office for a few days. Please check your door/mailbox for a notice from your local post office. If you receive a notice, it should provide you with the instructions on how to receive your package.

If your tracking information says “The item is returned to sender”.

Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will be happy to assist you. If the return is due to the buyer's error, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns and Exchanges

As our cases are custom-printed based on the model and design selected by each customer, we cannot accept returns for personal preference changes. However, we do accept returns for items that are the wrong size due to our error or if they are damaged during shipping. You may return a new, unused item within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, exchange, or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that your return has been received. We will then update you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and taxes will be deducted from the total refund amount. ► 2. Our covers are a two-piece design shell (top and bottom) that fits your MacBook perfectly and is scratch-resistant.   

► 3. We DO NOT use real wood, marble, leather, fur, etc. All our designs are high-quality prints on plastic.  

► 4. All our designs are printed on clear plastic shells. Please note that the finished print design is not transparent, and the original color of your MacBook will not be visible. The top and bottom sections will feature a matching design.

 ► 5. The Apple logo is transparent. The color of the Apple logo (white or black) will match the color of your device. At checkout, you can choose to keep the Apple logo visible or cover it with your design.

 ► 6. All our cases feature original designs. They differ from mass-produced laptop cases on the market, with different clip positions and a thinner design that protects your MacBook without compromising its appearance.  

► 7. While we strive to match colors as accurately as possible, please note that there may be slight variations in tones compared to the images shown. Different monitors and displays show colors differently. What you see on a screen is emitted light, which can appear more vibrant than the reflected light on a printed product. Therefore, we can’t guarantee a 100% match. 

►8. Our cases are custom-made based on your choice of size, style, and design. As a result, we cannot accept returns unless there’s an error on our part.

You can find the model number on the back panel, starting with an "A" followed by a 4-digit number (e.g., “A2338”).
