Whippet Collar. This is such a fun fabric with whippets on surfboards on a background of deep teal and fully lined with satin. Available in size small to extra large.

Information before ordering
1) Everything you need to select the right size and width for your dog is available for you in the listing photos as well as the listing description. If you need any assistance please don't hesitate to sent me a message. I will be more than happy to help you select the right collar for your dog.
2) Size small will be too large for Italian Greyhounds. For comparison - size small will fit most adult Whippets
3) Martingale dog collars do not include a side release clip. They are a slip over the head martingale collar. To add a side release buckle to your martingale collar see the add-on listing linked below
4) Buckle dog collars are a non-martingale regular dog collar.
5) The webbing used in my regular collars (the core of the collar) is meant for dogs that walk well on the leash with no pulling. If you have a strong breed that pulls hard please send me a message before placing your order to discuss my heavy duty upgrade.

How to Fit a Martingale Collar (for all breeds)

To measure your dog for a Martingale Collar, use a soft tape measure and measure three points (included graphics in the listing photos)
1) around the widest part of the head
2) behind the ears
3) around the neck (where the collar will sit).
Choose the size collar that will fit all three points. For example,
1) if your dog has a 14 inch neck and a 12 inch head select a size small (adjustable from 10-14")
2) if your dog has a 17 inch neck and a 15 inch head select a size medium (adjustable from 13-17")
3) if your dog has a 20 inch neck and an 18 inch head select a size large (adjustable from 16-20")
4) if your dog has a 22 inch neck and a 20 inch head select a size XL1 (adjustable from 18-22")
5) if your dog has a 24 inch neck and a 22 inch head select a size XL2 (adjustable from 20-24")
6) if your dog has a 26 inch neck and a 24 inch head select a size XL3 (adjustable from 22-26")
7) if your dog has a 28 inch neck and a 26 inch head select a size XL4 (adjustable from 24-28")

As a martingale collar is a slip-on collar, you should select a size that is at least 2 inches larger than the widest head measurement, to slide the collar on and off comfortably, while allowing for a comfortable fit around the neck.

To measure your dog for a Non-Martingale Buckle Collar, use a soft tape measure and measure where the collar will sit when leash walking. Allow 2 fingers space between the tape measure and the neck to allow for a comfortable fit/wiggle room.

Many of my fabrics will have a variety of color combinations and/or designs so pattern placement may differ slightly. I always make sure that the colors and designs are maximized on every collar so as best to accentuate the pattern design and colors.

Collar Construction
The top layer is made with high quality 100% cotton fabric. The interior or middle layer of the collar is reinforced with medium weight webbing that is strong up to 600 lbs but is supple enough to move with your dog's neck and the inside layer is soft and silky satin. Hardware is premium welded d-rings and high quality solid cast nickel round triglides and premium plastic side release clip for non martingale buckle collars. Each seam that holds the hardware is triple stitched for durability as well as safety.
