REVOCATION OF TEMPLATES
We reserve the right to revoke access to any template if it is being used against our policies. You can find our policies here:
USAGE
Each template can only be used as is stated in the original listing at the time of purchase.. For example, a wedding invitation template can only be used as a wedding invitation. It cannot be used to create wedding signs or table numbers. If you like the design of a wedding invitation and do not need a wedding invitation, but need a bridal shower invitation, please message use. We can grant approval of usage in such special circumstances.
DOWNLOAD LIMITS
Each download comes with a 15 download limit. For items which may need more downloads such as place cards, table numbers, etc, we can reset the download limits for you or add in additional templates. In addition, once you reach template #36 you are able to save and create a new template which provides an addition 15 downloads. Reach out to us via messages in such circumstances and we can reset the downloads.
The timeline for each template is 6 months.
COLORS AND PRINTING
All files are in RGB. We recommend a test print with your printer before committing to larger orders due to variations on print color. We are not responsible for color differences relating to printing. This is because there are certain circumstances that are out of our control including the type of printer used, color profile, ink or toner used which may cause variations in color printing. Due to color variations in computer screens, there may be a slight difference in the color that you see on the monitor and that of the final print. We are unable to change this. We are more than happy to provide a printer recommendation if needed!
REFUNDS\EXCHANGES
We do offer exchanges as long as the original file has not been edited and there are no downloads.
