The Monstera Adansonii, or "swiss cheese plant," is characterized by its large, heart-shaped leaves that develop holes as the plant ages, making its leaves resemble Swiss cheese. This easy-care plant grows quickly, vining in its kokedama. Adansonii thrive in bright, indirect sunlight and should be watered once every 1-2 weeks.

If your plant arrived damaged you must send photos of the plant within 24 hours of delivery. After this time window Plants by Fearn cannot issue refunds or offer a replacement plant due to the sensitive nature of plants and the lack of knowledge on whether or not the plant received proper care to thrive. After the 24 hour window, it is the customer's job to provide proper care to their plants. All plants come with a care guide to help you have healthy, happy plants. You can always reach out to us with questions about your plant, and we will do our best to guide you.

You have two choices for shipping:
⋒ USPS Priority Express: 1-2 day guarantee. If your plant is damaged due to postal service delayed delivery or from box damage Plants by Fearn will refund you the full amount of your purchase.
⋒ USPS Priority: 1-4 days estimated delivery. The postal service does not guarantee delivery by a set date, therefore Plants by Fearn can not offer a full refund if the plant is damaged due to delayed delivery.
⋒ Should there be an issue with your package, please remember to take photos of the box and its contents before, during, and after opening the package. You will be required to email these photos to us at plantsbyfearn@gmail.com so that we can file a claim with the mail carrier.

If you are having a plant shipped to a cold region please purchase a heat pack to keep your plant safe during transit. It is the customer's responsibility to consider temperatures when placing your order. If you place an order and choose not to purchase a heat pack during cold weather, you are accepting full responsibility for any damage your plant may receive during transit. Plants by Fearn retains the right to cancel an order if the buyer refuses to buy a heat pack to a cold climate destination and the shop determines that the plant will not survive in the cold temperature during transit.
