We try to measure the items listed as accurately as possible. However, as some items are unique and involve manual production, the dimensions may not be be as precise and serve as an approximation.

Certain items are available in bulk and for wholesale, kindly enquire.

Most orders are shipped via SingPost Registered Mail and the current postage rate starts at US$9 for packages up to 250g. (https://www.singpost.com/postage-rate)

Please note that the tracking number provided might be limited to departure from Singapore or arrival at the destination country, depending on the local postal service providers.

In the event of non-delivery, an item enquiry will be submitted to SingPost 18 days from posting date. Orders sent via registered mail are insured up to US$40 which will be refunded upon investigation by SingPost and can take up to 3 months.
