I am more than happy to discuss custom pieces with you. If you have an idea in mind please contact me prior to ordering incase i cannot meet your requests. All cases are made to be unique to each customer. I WILL NOT under any circumstances accept messages/orders when a photo of another persons work is used for "inspiration"

Your cases are important to me and i would assume as you purchased them they are to you as well. Caring for your Decoden cases are very important to ensure it lasts a long and happy life, Please AVOID putting these cases in phone holders, Pockets and small bags, repeatedly doing this can pull on the charms and may come off which we do not want. Cleaning your cases is simple a cotton bud and warm soapy water is all you need to keep this looking squeaky clean. in the event charms do fall off you can use superglue you have 7 days to contact me for possible replacement case AS LONG AS you have not caused the damage by ignoring the instructions given. Refunds can be given in certain circumstances!
