HOW ARE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS PRINTED?

I use a professional photo lab to print on premium archival photographic paper that is rated to last over 80 years without fading. Prints do not have a white border, although one can be requested prior to placing an order.

IF I AM IN THE USA, WILL I HAVE TO PAY TARIFFS OR DUTIES?

No. Although my shop is in Canada, I will be using a professional photo lab located in the United States to ensure that a tariff will not be applied to your purchase. I have worked with this printer for many years and their quality and customer service are exceptional.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please contact me via an Etsy convo to inform me of the damage. Returns/refunds are not accepted for damaged items, however, I will send a replacement order free of charge. In some cases, a photograph of the damage may be necessary.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DELAYED?

USA: If your order hasn't arrived 18 business days after the shipping date, please contact me. CANADA: Please wait at least 3 weeks before considering a package lost. If this occurs, please contact me.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ITEMS?

Returns and exchanges of unframed prints are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The following items cannot be returned for a refund: Canvas gallery wraps, framed prints, and large prints 30x40 inches in size or larger. However, if your order has been damaged in transit or if there is a quality issue, please contact me to arrange for a replacement. You may be asked to provide a photo for proof of damage.

This listing is for an unmatted and unframed open edition print that is created from an original image taken by me. This fine art photograph will be printed on professional acid-free photographic paper using archival inks that will resist fading for 100+ years. The paper has a lustre finish, which has beautifully saturated colors, a subtle texture, and a slight sheen without being glossy. Prints do not have a border. If you prefer a border, contact me for a custom order.

Please note that the colors you see on your monitor may differ slightly from those of the print due to variations in monitor settings.
