Vanilla Mocha – Hand-Painted Textures in Warm Neutral Tones – Subtle Abstract Surfaces with Natural Brushwork - Fine Art Background Textures

This collection includes 12 digital images created from hand-painted textures, scanned to preserve the depth and brushwork of each surface. The set features natural, abstract strokes with a balanced range of soft greys, taupes, and creamy beige tones. The textures vary from smooth to layered, offering a tactile quality that feels organic and understated.

These images are ideal for use in backgrounds, branding, or print design where quiet texture and neutral color can complement more detailed elements. Each file provides a clean yet expressive surface, making the set versatile for minimal or layered compositions.

If you have Photoshop or any other program that uses layers you can simply place a texture on top of your photo then change the blending mode of the texture (and the opacity if you like) to any of the blending modes. The ones I use most often are Overlay, Soft Light and Multiply. You can add as many layers as you like. If you'd like to remove the texture from certain areas of your photo, add a layer mask to the texture layer and then brush over the area to be removed with a soft black brush.

I have the same textures which I have clipped into rough masks in my PNG shop which you can find here: https://etsy.me/3xPrxdF

TERMS OF USE

----------------------------------------------

You are welcome to use your purchases from me for personal and commercial use.

What you can do:
- Use any of the items in my shop to create any physical products for sale (I'm not fussy about the quantity). You are welcome to print out any of my items and sell them in physical form ie as greeting cards, on Tshirts, as scrapbooking paper etc.

Please do not:
- Compete with me using my own designs digitally ie. don't take one of my textures and sell it as your own even if you include it as part of another set. You can sell a texture, overlay, image digitally as long as you change it significantly then flatten it so that your customer can't extract it. Cropping an image or changing the color for example isn't significant. You need to add text or other images to make it look really different. I'm sure you can appreciate the time and effort that goes into creating designs and buying them from me and selling them on isn't fair.

Licenses:
- I have removed the licenses from my shop because they were complicated and were confusing customers. If you are unsure about what you think is permitted please ask me. I'm very flexible and if there's something that you want over and above these simple rules we can chat about it.

Copyright:
- Please don't copy my designs or share them with anyone else.
