There is space to fill in by writing your child's name and grade as well as their age, teacher's name, the date, and what they want to be when they grow up.

We recommend filling out the student's information in marker or pen then placing it in a frame for photos. You could also place the print into a frame first and write the information on the glass with a dry erase marker, making it easy to rename for each child!

You may print as many times as you want for personal use.
