Should I Pay Tariffs or Customs Duties for My Order?

When will my guitar strap ship?

We craft each guitar strap one by one, just for you, so we have a maximum handling time of three working days. But don't worry, we're usually much faster than that! Most of the time, we'll ship your order the same day you buy it or the very next day. Just keep in mind that during busy times like the Christmas and Black Friday seasons, our handling time can be extended to four working days.

Can I engrave my guitar strap with a name ??

Yes, you can! Some of our listings already have a personalized engraving option. If the listing you're looking at doesn't, just send us a message with your request, and we'll be happy to help you get it engraved just the way you want it.

Can you make my guitar strap longer than 59 inches?

Yes, absolutely! We can make all of our straps to your desired length. Can you make my strap wider than 2 inches (5 cm)?

Yes, we can! We can make your strap up to 2.5 inches (6 cm) wide. We have some models that are already designed to be 2.5 inches wide. However, if you see a 2-inch fabric you love, we can still make it wider for you! We do this by combining the 2-inch fabric with a polypropylene or suede backing that's 2.5 inches wide, creating a final strap that's a full 2.5 inches.

When will my strap arrive?

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes between 5 and 12 business days, depending on the destination country and local postal services. Please note that delivery times may vary from country to country, and occasional delays can occur while your package is in transit. If you need your order sooner, we can arrange express shipping to most destinations for an additional fee. Are Your Straps Handmade?

Yes. Every Pardo strap is handcrafted in our workshop in Spain using carefully selected materials and traditional craftsmanship techniques. We take pride in creating straps that are not only comfortable and durable but also unique and full of character.

To keep your strap looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures. If needed, gently clean it with a soft, dry cloth. For straps with suede backing: Avoid prolonged contact with bare skin, sweat, and moisture, as suede can stain or darken over time. Do not wash or soak the strap. To maintain its appearance, gently brush the suede when needed and use suede-cleaning products if appropriate.

This strap is everything I wanted and more. It arrived very quickly and the seller kept me updated on the status of things without having to ask. the strap itself is even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! It's very well made, the colors are true, and it feels wonderful. It's very durable but still soft enough that it's not itchy or uncomfortable to wear. 10/10 would recommend!
