* The frame and the background are both made from 100% carefully selected solid white pine
* Background color: soft white paint
* Lettering color: black paint ( we hand paint our signs. We do not use ink or vinyl )
* The backs of our signs are finished with stain that matches your choice of stain color for your frame.
* The front and back of the sign is sealed with a topcoat finish to protect your sign for years to come.
* If you are looking for a different paint color or stain for your sign, please have a look at our paint color and stain charts in the pictures above.
* The frame is stained with your choice of stain color, Ipswich pine, dark walnut, weathered grey and ebony black. Choose your stain color from the drop down menu above.
* The sign is secured to the frame and will not come with hanging hardware. The frame overlaps the sign on the back and is meant to hang from the frame itself so it will hang flush to the wall.

Our signs ship Canada Post and USPS on or before the scheduled ship date depending on our process time at the time of your purchase. We cannot control operating hours of the carrier service if the carrier service isn’t running due to it being a Sunday/Holiday. Our signs are wrapped and boxed to ship to you safely. If for some reason your order has been damaged during shipping, please message us. We will need pictures of the damaged item and packaging material so we can make a damage claim with the carrier. The carrier may also request to see the damaged product and packaging.
