This beautiful piece is handcrafted to order from solid pine wood, stained in your color choice, and sealed with a matte sealer. Color featured in first pictures is Briarsmoke.

WHATS INCLUDED:
Easy to use drywall anchors and screws are included along with a level to ensure a easy to do installation!

Each rack includes sturdy pre attached keyhole hangers on back of the item for easy-to-do hanging.

All wood carries unique characteristics that may include grooves and knots. Each rack has its own UNIQUE look, K Sky Studio reserves the right to deny any return orders based on imperfections of the wood. These racks are made from standard pine and have unique qualities to them such as knots, and other imperfections which makes them perfect in their own way.

Please confirm your address on file. This is very important, you are responsible for ensuring items sent to correct address. No refunds on shipping fees if there is a failure to pick up or returned for incorrect address. If the package comes back to me due to incorrect address or undeliverable, you are repsonsible for ship charges back to me and back to you.

If you completed an order with an incorrect address, I will need to cancel your order for you to reorder with the correct address.

You must contact me via Etsy messages within 2 days of recieving your item for your return.If it is after 2 days, a restocking fee will be issued. If it has been more than 7 days, we will not be able to accept returns on any item. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping. If there are signs of damage upon delivery of your item doesn't arrive back in original condition, you will be then responsible to file a damage claim with the shipping carrier and will be liable to collecting the damage funds through the carrier. Your refund is contingent on recieving the item back in original condition and original harware attached, arriving in new condition.
If you refuse a package you are responsible for ship charges back.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, you must contact me withen 24 hours. You must use the retuen label I send to you in returning your item back. Please save all packaging and items that are damaged. USPS may require to see it. A claim with carrier will have to be submitted and upon approval I will re create your order, or you may choose to recieve a refund.

Lost Items: If your item is lost in mail, please contact me within 3 days, I will give a refund on your order and will take care of filing a claim with the carrier.

If your item says "delivered" I have to take the carriers word for it, it will be your responsibility to file a claim if the package says "delivered" and you did not recieve the package.
