For super smelly substances, add a spritz of white vinegar for extra odour neutralization. Hardware: In the event a metal component fails, it will be repaired free or replacement hardware will be mailed if within 1 year. All required shipping to be repaired is at buyer's expense. The trigger snap are not recommended for pups that pull on the leash. Please note that the finish on plated metal hardware components can wear with use and change colour over time, especially when wet and not dried right away - this is normal and not covered by the hardware warranty. This does not effect the quality of the hardware.
