Antique Chinese Cloisonne Enamel Barrel shaped Snuff Box Yellow Red Dragon and Bird Trinket Box Pill Box Cloud pattern turquoise China 1910

Beautiful antique barrel-shaped cloisonné box with Lid from early 20th century China, circa 1910 but could as well be earlier.

Handmade small cloisonné box, which probably served as a snuff box, jewelry trinket box, tobacco or tea caddy, with enamelled yellow and red dragon and bird on a light turquoise blue background with gold colored brass cloud pattern. The interior and base are dark blue colored. The brass is bright and looks like gold.

Item is barrel-shaped. Size - approx. height 5 cm [2"], diameter 3,5 cm [1,25"].
Completely preserved and in excellent condition - no dents, dings or repairs.

This stunning collectors piece would make a pretty collectible or trinket box.

Condition:
All of my antique items are in mint or excellent condition, unless otherwise indicated in the item description. However, as these are handmade or over a hundred years old objects, they may have slight signs of wear or smaller imperfections, but I always try to notify potential buyers about these faults in the descriptions. Please look at the pictures closely, request more photos or additional information about origin and provenance, materials, manufacture marks, etc.

Packing & Shipping:
All my antique and fragile items are packed with extreme care and thought. I always use the large bubble wrap and may even fashion a cardboard protector around the items. Everything is packed with either air bubble packets and/or packing foil, in order to ensure that any items you order do not actually touch the sides of the box.

I pack items so there is zero movement - which is why nothing has ever been broken to date. Some items will be wrapped with bubble wrap and shipped in a small box within a box, depending on the safest solution for each item.
