Why can’t I find my download?

If you are using the Etsy app, you will NOT be able to download your purchase directly from there. You will have to log in to your Etsy account on a web browser, wether it is a mobile browser or a computer web browser. The download can also be accessed via your email. Here are Etsy’s download instructions: To access your digital files from your account: 1. Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. 2. Go to Purchases and reviews. 3. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Can I order a physical copy of a digital item and have it mailed?

Sorry, at this time I cannot provide that service. If you need help with printing I suggest having it printed at office store such as Staples or Office Depot.

Why does my file include multiple copies of the same page?

Some items in the shop provide multiple versions of the same cheat sheet with very minor changes for people who like to have options and can choose to print their preferred style.
