If you are after something in particular - A design, colour scheme, earrings to match a necklace, etc... by all means, contact me. I have more beads than I'll ever use, and I seem to have an issue in which I am addicted to buying them, so will continue to do so :)

I can also recreate sold items. I use sterling silver (both bright and oxidised), 14k gold fill and 14k rose gold fill, so if you see a particular item I have for sale, I can probably make it in a different metal provided I have more of the gemstones used (I usually do).

All measurements are included and a photo with a size comparison (usually a photo of the item being held), is included within the photos.

However, if you want more info, photos, etc... emailed to you, I am most happy to provide them.

As with all jewelery, please take care as to not wear it in water. Also, consider that perspiration can and will affect your jewellery, especially plated items, as does having creams, perfumes and lotions on your skin that your jewellery touches.

All parcels sent out come with a jewellery polishing cloth.

All items sent, ready for gift-giving, in a presentable gift-box. Upgrade to have your jewellery gift-box presented in an antique-style envelope, sealed with antique-style tape and cross-tied with twine.

Given the current state of postal services due to the Coronavirus outbreak, shipping can take longer, of which I have no control over.

With all jewellery that is ready-made and doesn't require alterations, I allow myself up to 3 business days for unforeseen circumstances, to ship out.

Delays that could occur are delays within the postal service organisation. Please bear this [issue in general] in mind when purchasing online, if something is required urgently.

when I mark an item as shipped, this means that I have physically handed over your parcel to the post office and received a lodgement receipt. I do not mark items as shipped if they are still physically in my possession.

I take parcels to the post office Monday to Friday only, as my local post office is closed on Saturday.

Whilst I accept returns on most items, earrings, due to hygiene reasons, I cannot unless discussed with me.

As with all returns, I must receive the item back before processing your refund. If you have paid for shipping, the shipping component will not be subject to a refund; only the charge for the item/s.

Return shipping is at the buyer's cost and must be tracked (unless defective or otherwise discussed prior to returning your purchase). All returns must be initiated within 14 days of your parcel being marked as delivered.

If I receive an item back not in its original condition (such as a change of mind purchase), the refund provided will only be a partial refund, with the amount commensurating with the condition of the item returned.

Along with your purchase, I send a gift - A polishing cloth and a small item of jewellery; usually earrings or a ring. These are in NO WAY built into the purchase price. I pay for these completely out of my own pocket.

Your jewellery should be safe given the sturdiness of the jewellery boxes I use, however, should your parcel arrive damaged, please keep ALL packaging and contents, and contact me at your earliest convenience, along with photos of the packaging and contents.

The postal service will conduct an investigation before honouring an insurance claim, and they will require the packaging and contents to physically inspect. Without these, they cannot investigate, nor pay out an insurance claim.
