Returns & exchanges

I want you to be happy with your order. With custom orders I will always send you pictures before sending the item, to make sure it is to your liking. If you receive your order and have any problems with it, please let me know!

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it. Send it back to me within 7 days of receiving it. Once I receive the item and see that it is in original condition I will refund the cost (not including shipping) or send you an agreed upon replacement.

If your order has been damaged, please provide a photo to document the damage. I will then provide you with a refund or exchange, your choice.

Any refunds that are made will be minus shipping and, if applicable, restocking fees.

Additional policies

I love making custom orders! Send me a message, or click on "request custom item" under my Shop Info. I can make any of my designs in other colors, make new designs, new products, etc. Let me know if you have something you'd like me to create for you! I require full payment before starting on custom orders.
