I actually bought Windsor Vintage glasses from The Vintage Optical Shop, who said I could reorder the broken arm via this platform. I understood that they don’t offer the arm replacement for the broken one and that this was the way to go to pay the price for that arm which they don’t have officially on their website. I don’t know how those two companies are related to each other but it is very fishy as I still have not received the correct arm from either of those companies. Dishonest is all I have to say to the issue!
