Initial contact

Perfect, you love what I do and you’d like to order your wedding invitations!!
Head over to my website, cacheletterpress.com, click on the contact page and fill out the form below. I will contact you for any more necessary information through that email address you provide!


Proof creation

Once you have let me know all the details I require, I will produce a pdf proof of your stationery and email it to you for your approval. This stage should only take 2-3 business days.
I can’t take responsibility for spelling errors and mistakes that have been approved by you so it’s crucial that you check your proofs thoroughly! Re-prints will be charged at our full rate.
Once you have checked through the proof and given me the go ahead, payment in full is required before I go ahead with the printing. I will make an Etsy listing for you to select and make a payment.


Cancellations

Cancellations and refunds can only be processed before any of your items have been printed.


Printing

This is the really exciting part where your stationery comes to life as we meticulously print, check and assemble for delivery. Please allow 7-14 days for this stage.


Shipping

I then send out your wedding invitations carefully packaged to you. I will attempt to contact you to let you know when they should be arriving.


Returns

I can not accept returns. If you have any issues with your order, simply contact me and I’ll do all I can to resolve them.
