Free Shipping applies to continental USA. Please note that we are not responsible for replacing/refunding orders once tracking has marked them as delivered. We are not responsible for missing orders due to incorrect mailing addresses. Any packages returned by USPS will be refunded minus any shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

We do not accept any exchanges/returns.

Why don't you ship internationally?

We would love to ship to locations other than the US, but unfortunately costs to ship worldwide with tracking numbers are extremely expensive and we are are not able to replace or refund potentially missing items at our own expense. We are very sorry.

Your order will ship as regular mail via USPS. You have the option during checkout for Priority Mail which will include a tracking number. If you did not purchase Priority Mail with a tracking number, and your item has not arrived within two weeks of your order date, please message me. We cannot be held responsible for lost orders, but we will work with you to resolve any mail issues you have.

Our FOILED and PAPER stickers are better suited to paper. Please see descriptions on individual listings to see which material is used.
