This item has a long shipping and waiting period. I was okay with that, as it was stated. When it was scheduled to arrive in 24 hours, I asked the seller for a tracking number. He ignored me. I persisted for a few days. Finally, a week later I asked Etsy to get involved. Then he responded saying he “never uses Etsy” and to call or text him. I immediately did so and he said he had never even started (now almost two months after my initial purchase date). He asked for an extension and I gave it. Then, when the new deadline was up, I tried calling and texting for the shipping information and he ignored me again. I asked Etsy to get involved and then he immediately responded asking for 24 hours. One week later, still nothing. So I canceled the order. Then he was suddenly very available to talk. Very disappointed.
