This listing is a non-refundable DEPOSIT for bouquet preservation. Flowers are to be shipped 24-48 hours after the event at your own cost via overnight shipping. (You can check for estimated shipping costs online using my zip code 92704).

1. Your flowers will dry for 5-6 weeks after I receive them. If you don't hear from me around then, rest assured - I will get back to you soon with designs when it's your turn! ❤️
2. I send you designs for approval and start the pouring process after, which takes a couple more weeks. *I do not send designs for add-on items. If you have specific requests, please let me know!
3. Await the arrival of your pieces - the estimated turnaround time is 4-5 months.

𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧
1. Flowers are organic materials and will dry and fade differently over time. The final turnout depends on the condition they arrive in, and the quality and colors of them when fresh (I will provide mailing instructions). The more friction they encounter during the reception and transport process, the more apparent bruising/damage spots will be when placed in resin.

2. All resins gradually yellow with time regardless of precautionary measures taken, especially when placed in direct sunlight for extended periods of time. I use high quality UV-protective resin but even then, I can't defy the natural "aging" process!

3. If your wedding falls on a Friday or Saturday, please confirm with your courier that they're able to deliver your flowers overnight. If not, it's best to wait until Monday to ship so that they have a couple extra days sitting in water.

4. The resin pouring process can be quite indefinite, so I will not be able to provide frequent updates on your order. Rest assured, I have not forgotten about you! I will reach out with updates if needed - otherwise, please refer to the timeline detailed above in the "how it works" section for rough time estimates.

Treat the items as you would with any other piece of art-- wash gently with warm water and hand soap or a sanitizing wipe, do NOT use scratchy sponges. Do not leave the resin under direct sunlight for extended periods of time since UV rays can cause fading of the flowers.
