I ordered this for Mother’s Day and had it shipped directly to her. The package got to her quickly. The statue was very well packaged and wasn’t damaged. The only issue was that the statue was wet when it arrived. From what my mom described, it sounds like the statue wasn’t fully cured when it was shipped. My mom put it in a warm spot in the house on some cardboard so that it could dry. She plans on putting it in her garden once the ground has thawed.

This is a wonderful sculpture, beautifully made. It made me very emotional. I had two miscarriages several years back and we got this sculpture to remember our babies. Jizo statues are a part of Japanese culture and are a protector of children. We put them in our garden where we can see them from our house, they are surrounded by plants and flowers. They will always be a symbol of love between me and my husband, they are very special. Delivery was very quick to the UK and very well packaged. I highly recommend this shop.
