Some of the Julius Caesar pen / pencil holders I made had some small visual imperfections such as black spots, horizontal lines across the figure and little bits of plastic which are difficult to clean up. I felt these were not good enough to sell as normal quality but still function perfectly as a pen / pencil holder so are being offered at a reduced price.
