Can you customize my order?

Yes, we do customize our products to fit the needs of our customers. For the customization process to begin all you need to do is to contact us. Please note that when purchasing a personalized product, no type of discount coupon can be used (discount campaigns that are in force cannot be used either).

Can I cancel my order or request a refund?

You can request the cancellation of your order up to 12 hours after purchase. We accept returns up to 30 days upon delivery of the package. If you wish to return your order, please ship it to the following address in the original packaging and with tracking number: Rua Hernâni Cidade nº 8 2820-653 Charneca de Caparica Portugal Once we receive the package, we will process the refund (shipping costs are non-refundable).

What is your base currency?

Our base currency is US$, all our quotes are given in this currency, meaning that our invoices are provided with the correct amount in US$. We do not have any control over exchange rates, fees and taxes of Etsy, Paypal or any bank.

How much time will it take to receive my order?

Our production time typically ranges from 3 to 6 business days, and delivery usually takes 1 to 5 business days. Please note that although we strive to meet these timeframes, there may be delays due to customs or carrier factors outside our control. *Updated in 2024

What if the product I have received is not the one I’ve ordered?

We accept claims up to 48 hours after delivery. Please send us photos of the product and the box and we will send you a replacement (we do not refund in these situations). We do not accept claims if the product(s) have already been applied or show any signs of attempted application, or if alternative methods/types of adhesive were used that were not recommended by us. *Updated in 2024

Can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped you will receive a notification for the fulfillment of the order along side with the tracking number.

What if my package is damaged?

We accept claims for damage to orders up to 48 hours after they are received. It is important to report damages to the courier upon delivery. Failure to do so may prevent us from providing a refund or replacement. For damage only visible after unboxing, send us photos of the product and the box. We will only send a replacement, no refunds in these cases. You need to accept the order from the courier (if the order is returned to us the return shipping costs are not refundable). Keep the original box of the product until the claim is completed, as it may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Claims are not accepted if products have been used or show any signs of attempted application, or if unapproved adhesive methods/types were used.

Can I have an invoice for my order with VAT number?

If you want an invoice with the VAT number of a European Company, please notify us in advance (up to 1 week after purchase).

How is shipping done?

Our shipping is express and has insurance that can be activated in the event of loss or damage to the order, as long as it is reported to the courier (at the time of delivery) and to our Company within 48 hours. If your package is lost, please contact the company to find out more. If the shipping company does not solve the issue, please contact us. Who is responsible for paying customs fees?

Items were all broken when we received them. They are nice and I would have given 5 stars if they were not broken . My husband glued them back together and they were useable. Very bad shipping!
