We are very selective in our plant-selection process, and we strive to ship only the healthy and high-quality plants. Just as there is variety and diversity in the natural world, variations in color, size, and personality of the plant(s) you ordered may occur. During the delivery process, it is possible for the plant to have a few, minor leaf imperfections, or a broken leaf. Having said that, in the rare chance that your plant has perished within 30 days of receipt, just message us with photos of the plant, and we will be more than happy to send you a plant replacement, free-of-cost to you.

We ship all products via USPS Priority mail. Most U.S. shipments will arrive between 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. We ship USPS Priority because it is the best method of shipping live plants. We want to ensure that your plant/s arrive/s healthy and quickly, so a 1-3 day time range works best for plants, as longer than may not be ideal for the plants. We strive to ship your purchases within 72 hours (3 business days) of received payment. We’re happy to provide a USPS tracking number for every purchase, so that you can track your package via USPS site.

We will be happy to provide a USPS tracking number for every order. You can check the status of your shipment at usps.com/tracking. If you’re still unable to locate your package after having done so, please feel free to message us, so that we can further assist you track down your package.

We pack all our items with the utmost care in order to ensure that they make it safely to their destination. But in the rare occasion that an item arrives damaged, please send us photos of the damaged items within 5 days of receipt. We will file a case with the mail carrier and mail you a replacement immediately.

All our products, come with our complimentary gift wrapping service (complete with gift box, tissue paper, and ribbon!). For the over-sized items, we will still make your package look unique, presentable, and gift-ready, but we are just unable to offer a gift box as with other items due to size and package shipping limitations.
