We don’t recommend engraving wooden rings, as that cuts into the ring potentially creating a weak point and preventing the ring from being properly sealed. Instead we offer a service unique to Grown Rings that we call Gilded Inscriptions. Using a precious metal (24K Gold or 14K White Gold) we can inscribe your message on the inside or outside of your ring.The inscription is then permanently sealed in a hypoallergenic, non-conductive layer that blocks the metallic inscription from ever coming into direct contact with your skin. Gilded Inscriptions are available in three fonts at a maximum of 20 characters for $49.95. Each and every ring we craft is made to order. We don’t use mass-produced blanks or metal cores. Our unique spiral grain method, stabilization and five-layer coating results in a stronger, more beautiful ring, but also takes a little longer to complete.
