Vintage 1940s ivory satin & lace art deco style wedding gown. Lovely extended train with bias cut skirting. Satin straight neckline/bodice is underneath lightest ivory colored illusion lace neckline. Shoulders & long sleeves are lace. Sleeves have V cuffs with 8 lace covered button & loop closures. There is only 1 button (out of 16 for both cuffs) that is missing. All the lace is trimmed where it meets the satin with tiny hematite & crystal accent beads. More of the same lace overlay & accents are on bottom half of skirting. Back has 24 button & loop closures. All in very good vintage condition. There are no tags. Fits women size Medium. Rare to find one in this size as they are all usually very small. PLEASE refer to further measurements of:
Shoulder to hem = 58" in front & 79" in back
Pit to pit = 17"
Waist = 14" measured on 1 side while buttoned & laying flat
Hips = open.
