Where are the packages shipped from?📮

Our packages will be shipped from either CA, IL, or NJ, depending on inventory levels and the distance to the final destination. We typically ship the large and heavy items such as bedding and blanket via UPS ground, and smaller items like pillowcases with USPS.

Apart from the wash instructions on the label, we also wrote this article to explain the care and maintenance process in more details: https://aeptom.com/blogs/news/how-to-care-for-bamboo-sheets

Make bedtime better with Aeptom's silky-soft and comfortable organic bamboo pillowcases that give your hair and skin a gentle spa. The airy, buttery smooth and cooling texture of bamboo fabric makes sleep feel like on a cloud nine. Unlike silk, bamboo fabric is not prone to static electricity, making it a better alternative for frizzy hair prevention. Our fabrics are tested for the anti-bacterial and hypoallergenic features in an SGS lab, and Oeko-Tex certified for chemical safety. Sleep beautifully!
