I raised to the seller that I was not happy with the item as some details of the image were not visible in the listing. I live in Dubai and had to post the item back to the UK but was only refunded the product cost so out more than £60. Not very happy.

After I placed my order and already paid for shipping, they contacted me asking for additional money for “taxes/duties” that were never disclosed upfront. They then asked me to wire money, which was a major red flag. When I declined, they told me to place another order and promised to refund the difference later, which felt very suspicious. This is not how legitimate transactions should be handled. Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional. I never received the order and had to dispute the purchase with Etsy. Buyers should be cautious.
