Unfortunately if you do not choose tracked postage at check out, I cannot track your order. There are postal delays due to Covid so I advise leaving plenty of time for your order to arrive if it’s for a particular event.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 30 days since dispatch date, I will refund you the full amount.

To lengthen the life of your print - please keep away from strong direct day light. If your print does fade, you can contact me to talk about replacing

All prints come in fully biodegradable cello sleeves and brightly coloured paper bags which can be recycled.
