Yes! We carefully select full grain leather and process it expertly for each of our products. Our products, which are only handmade, will be with you for a lifetime thanks to the unique nature of leather.

How is the quality of your leather?

We use the top quality leathers and accessories for our products. We guarantee the quality of our products. If you have any unexpected problems with the product, you can always contact us. We are always here to assist you.

What do you mean by Full Grain Leather?

Our products are made of natural Full Grain leather that have the highest quality. The natural leather might have slight marks and scratches. Because of the Full Grain Leather’s nature, they will be more beautiful as time passes.

Do the products have the same colors as in the listing pictures?

We do our best to show the colors and shapes of the products. However, there may occur slight differences due to the nature of the leather, technical reasons related to light and screen settings.

Do the watch bands will fit my wrist?

Generally yes. We present Small, Medium and Large size options for most of the watch bands so that you can choose the correct length which will your wrists. However, if you are unsure about it, you can always message me with the measurement of your wrist, and I will let you know which size will suit you best.

How long will take to personalize the product?

We usually complete the personalization of your products within the same day.

Are there any additional fees for international orders?

We also accept international orders. But, I should note that there may sometimes arise additional fees for the orders (although rarely). These fees are not included in the price and the buyer will be responsible for the payment of these fees and duties. You can contact with your country’s customs office and obtain information for the details about taxes, payments and delivery.

Can I choose expedited shipping?

Of course, you can. You can visit Services Section in my store and purchase additional service for faster shipment to have your orders earlier.

When will I have my order delivered?

We retain a certain stock at hand. Therefore, we can ship your orders within 1 business day with USPS first class shipment. Delivery time for the US is 1-4 business days and for other countries 7 to 20 business days on average.

Custom and personalized orders

Can I return or exchange my personalized item? Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been personalized. Because these products are made specifically for you, they cannot be restocked or resold. If the error is on our end (e.g., incorrect spelling or design), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct the mistake or replace the item.
