✨ DOWNLOADING ITEMS

To access your digital files from your account: Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account. Go to Purchases and reviews. Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. There are generally no limits for when or how many times you can download a file. In most cases, you can access a file any time on your Purchases page, provided the transaction hasn't been canceled or removed. If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be gray.

✨ CAN I CUT DESIGNS PREPARED FOR SUBLIMATION?

No you can't. Sublimation designs are prepared only for printing with sublimation ink.

✨ CAN I SUBLIMATE DESIGNS PREPARED FOR CUTTING WITH INFUSIBLE INK SHEETS?

Yes. But make sure that you pay attention to the color of the templates. Usually these templates come in one solid color. You can change the color when you upload the SVG file on Cricut DesignSpace and apply a background. Make sure you have the knowledge to do it. The pictures listed show patterns sold by Cricut and what can be done with these designs when you use infusible ink sheets. The templates will not come with these patterns as a background.

I do not offer refunds on digital items due to the nature of these sales. Once an item is downloaded there is no way to return it. Please read the full title and listing description before making your purchase. The only exception would be if the same design was purchased twice in error. If this happens, please contact me immediately.

✨ CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Currently I am not doing custom orders, changing colors, adding text, etc. I'm focusing in make general designs of all kinds.

✨ WHAT'S INFUSIBLE INK TRANSFER SHEETS?

Infusible Ink Transfer Sheets are pre-printed sheets that come in solid colors or different patterned designs. You will you cut out your mirrored design and then press with a heat press to transfer the ink from the transfer sheet onto your project.

✨ COMBINING COUPONS

REQUIRE A PRINTER WITH SUBLIMATION INK.

Templates come in two different sizes. You will receive four PNG 300 DPI files:

- 1 PNG small mug template;
- 1 PNG large mug template
- 1 PNG round coaster template
- 1 PNG square coaster template

Mug Templates measure:

- 8,75" X 3,79" (22cm x 9,5cm) - to be used with 11oz and 12oz mugs
- 8,75" X 4,25" (22cm X 10,5cm) - to be used with 15oz mugs
- 3.6" (9,14cm) - round coaster
- 3.75' x 3.75" (9,5cm X 9,5cm) - square coaster

Make sure you measure your item and resize the template if needed before printing. Usually the coffee mug templates have to be:

11oz coffee mugs: 3.74" x 8.5"
12oz coffee mugs: 3.79" x 8.75"
15oz coffee mugs: 4.25" x 8.75"

When printing please remember to select mirror image or the image will turn out back to front.

COLOR AND RESOLUTION MAY BE DIFFERENT SCREEN TO SCREEN AND PRINTER TO PRINTER (AND SCREEN TO PRINTER WHEN THE COLOR PROFILES ARE NOT THE SAME).
WHEN USING SUBLIMATION INKS, THE INKS AND PAPER ALSO HAVE AN EFFECT ON THE OVERALL FINISHED PRODUCT.
